Mortgage Professionals, Inc. was conceived in January, 1996. The founders of the company had worked for other national lending institutions and knew they could provide a much higher quality of service at a lower cost to the client.
As a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Professionals has access to several hundred loan programs to match the financial needs of our clients. We can use any and all available sources for mortgage money.
On December 31, 2004 Mortgage Professionals, Inc. was purchased by WoodTrustBANK, N.A., one of the largest, independently owned, full service financial institutions in Central and Northern Wisconsin. This purchase provides our staff with many more avenues to assist our clients with their Mortgage, Banking, Trust and asset management needs.
It is WoodTrust Mortgage Professionals goal to provide our clients with the best programs, rates and service. We offer local processing of each loan package. We are in control of the entire loan process from application to closing. We work together with our clients and their representatives to make their home ownership dream come true.
